Selkirk LUXX Control Air InfiniGrit Invikta vs Selkirk Omni Elongated
Two elongated paddles, side by side. Specs are the published figures; prices are what US stores charged at our latest check, shipping included.
What actually separates them
- Selkirk LUXX Control Air InfiniGrit Invikta has the thicker core (19 mm against 16 mm). Thicker cores usually feel softer and more controlled; thinner ones give more pop.
- The cores are built differently: Selkirk LUXX Control Air InfiniGrit Invikta is honeycomb with foam edge, Selkirk Omni Elongated is full foam. That is usually the difference you feel first on contact.
- Selkirk Omni Elongated has the longer handle (5.8 in against 5.35 in), which matters if you hit two-handed backhands.
